Top 6 Summer Goals

Here are six goals you can set for summer that have nothing to do with changing your body โค๏ธ

  1. Start a garden: you can grow your own fruits, veggies, and herbs and use them in your summer recipes, itโ€™s so satisfying when you eat something you actually grew yourself! ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿฅ’๐ŸŒถ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿ…
  2. Find an outdoor activity you love! It can be anything from walking, rollerblading, swimming, bike riding, etc.... just do something that makes you happy and gets you outdoors! ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿšด๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธP.S. Iโ€™m aware finding an activity could help change your body, and thereโ€™s nothing wrong with that, but I think movement should be chosen based on how it makes you feel versus how it can change your body. I also think changing your body should focus on getting stronger vs getting smaller ๐Ÿ’ช
  3. Plan a weekend trip with your significant other, closest friends and/or family...it can be longer than a weekend obviously, but at least plan a getaway with the person/people you love the most โฃ๏ธ
  4. Put sunscreen on as often as you can ๐ŸŒžThis is one of my summer goals! I know how important sunscreen is but itโ€™s never been a priority of mine so this summer I want to really focus on this goal
  5. Find at least one book to read, there are actually so many benefits reading has on our mental and physical health, look it up! It doesnโ€™t matter what you read as long as you can find one you enjoy ๐Ÿ“š
  6. Find a form of stress relief that you love! I highly recommend trying some form of meditation, there are so many great apps out there now that can help you get started with this ๐Ÿง˜
