My 3 Go-To Balanced Snacks 😋

Remember you don’t always have to make sure the snacks you eat are balancedI promise you I don’t reach for the most nutrient dense and balanced snacks 100% of the time, sometimes I prefer to have something like a cookie instead (and that’s okay!)But, it’s also okay to be aware of the benefits that consuming a balanced snack can give you:

  • steady and consistent energy
  • less cravings later in your day from from feeling satisfied by consuming enough energy during your day
  • enough energy to get you to your next meal (within 2-4 hrs usually) without grazing on snacks beforehand or being overly hungry by the time you get there

So remember, your snacks don’t always have to be perfectly balanced, but you can choose to have balanced snacks more often to reap the benefits of them 😌What’s your go-to snack?
