Top 6 Summer Goals
Here are six goals you can set for summer that have nothing to do with changing your body β€οΈ
- Start a garden: you can grow your own fruits, veggies, and herbs and use them in your summer recipes, itβs so satisfying when you eat something you actually grew yourself! ππ₯πΆπ₯π
- Find an outdoor activity you love! It can be anything from walking, rollerblading, swimming, bike riding, etc.... just do something that makes you happy and gets you outdoors! ππ΄πββοΈP.S. Iβm aware finding an activity could help change your body, and thereβs nothing wrong with that, but I think movement should be chosen based on how it makes you feel versus how it can change your body. I also think changing your body should focus on getting stronger vs getting smaller πͺ
- Plan a weekend trip with your significant other, closest friends and/or family...it can be longer than a weekend obviously, but at least plan a getaway with the person/people you love the most β£οΈ
- Put sunscreen on as often as you can πThis is one of my summer goals! I know how important sunscreen is but itβs never been a priority of mine so this summer I want to really focus on this goal
- Find at least one book to read, there are actually so many benefits reading has on our mental and physical health, look it up! It doesnβt matter what you read as long as you can find one you enjoy π
- Find a form of stress relief that you love! I highly recommend trying some form of meditation, there are so many great apps out there now that can help you get started with this π§
