Garlic and Cheese Flatbread

This recipe is quick and easy to make and can be a great lunch or afternoon snack. I recommend pairing this with hummus or pizza sauce but feel free to enjoy this tasty dish with your favorite dip or sauce.

Prep time: 10 minute Cook time: 5 minutes Servings: 1 flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 Tbsp. olive or canola oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1-2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 naan flatbread

Instructions:

  1. Heat up a non-stick pan on stovetop at medium heat for 2 minutes. Add just enough oil to the pan to thinly cover the bottom.
  2. To prepare flatbread: spread oil over top of flatbread. Sprinkle cheese, tomatoes, parsley, and garlic powder evenly across.
  3. Place prepared flatbread in pan on medium heat, cover, and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
  4. Enjoy on its own or with your favorite dip or sauce!
