Super Simple Strawberry Banana Smoothie πŸ“πŸŒ

I enjoy this super simple strawberry banana smoothie as a way to give my brain some fuel and start a relaxing day 😌

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk of your choice (I used soymilk)
  • 2 Tbsp chia seed

If I know I have a busy day ahead of me, I will add 6 oz. of greek yogurt or a couple scoops of vanilla protein powder for extra protein and fuel to help get me through the day, both are just as delicious!
