  3. Change up your workouts. You don’t have to run or lift weights every single day. Sometimes movement can simply be going for a walk, turning up the music and dancing around your kitchen, or stretching your body
  4. Choose a workout atmosphere that you actually enjoy. Some people enjoy working out at a gym, others enjoy a class setting, while some people prefer to take their workouts outdoors… no matter where you choose to move your body, pick what is best for you
