Nutrient packed chocolate “shake” recipe 🍫😋
Ingredients & Directions:
1) Start with some ice in the bottom of a blender cup2) Add the following ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt
- 1 Banana 🍌
- 1-2 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- Cool Whip
- 1 Cup of Milk (whatever kind you prefer)
