Three positive changes I noticed when I found food freedom and started eating intuitively
Three positive changes that I noticed once I found food freedom ⬇️I want to be honest, finding peace and freedom with food is a completely individualized experience, so your positive changes could be much different than mine.BUT, these positive changes I'm sharing below are also very similar to the positive changes the clients I have worked with have noticed as well, so I wanted to share so you can see some of the benefits to intuitive eating:Positive change #1Intuitive eating helps you develop a mental toolbox to deal with life's stressors, and while stress is inevitable and will happen from time to time, I've noticed that I can manage and cope with my stress SO MUCH BETTEROn top of that, even when stress does come along, none of the stress is ever coming from my relationship with food, and that's all thanks to finding food freedomPositive change #2I have so much more fun when socializing with others where food is involved because I'm not constantly worrying about what or how much I'm eating.I don't let how other people choose to eat influence how I eat either and most importantly, I don't leave feeling guilty for what or how much I ate either. I simply enjoy the experience and get to go home without dwelling on it all 😌Positive change #3I gained weight! Yep you heard that right, one of my positives is that I gained weight, and while this may not seem like a positive to you, let me tell you why it is!First, one thing to understand with intuitive eating is that there is no goal to try and change your body, however, your body may change in some way when you do start eating intuitively, which is all dependent on your own body's needs. This is because with food freedom, you learn to hep nourish your body properly each day instead of not eating enough like you do with food rules and dieting.Since I was actually eating way less than what my body truly needed while in diet mode because I was trying to sustain an unrealistic body weight for myself, I realized it was a positive thing for me when I gained weight! That's because I was finally at a stable weight that was meant for my body, was easy to sustain, and that I felt good when I didn't focus on the numberLike I said, the positive changes that you see when you learn to eat intuitively can be different than mine, but I wanted you to be aware of a few of the changes you may see when you eat intuitively and officially find food freedomIf you want to see so many positive changes in your mindset like the ones I discussed above, then I've got the perfect, self-paced course for you: The Path to Food FreedomFeel free to message me with any questions!Disclaimer: If you purchase products through links posted on this site, I may earn commission through affiliate partners, however, all opinions on products are genuine.
