Rotini Spasagna
Whenever I need a quick and easy meal that everyone in the house enjoys, this is one of my favorite go-to's....and it's kid approved! Eat with a small garden salad and a breadstick on the side for a balanced dinner
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Cooking Oil
- 2 pounds of Hamburger
- Minced Onion
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 16 oz rotini noodles, cooked
- 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
- 15 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
- Add the oil to a large pan while it's heating up on medium-high heat
- When hot, add in minced onion, garlic salt and hamburger and cook until browned
- Once browned, turn to low and add cooked rotini noodles, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese
- Cover pan and cook on low for 5 minutes for the cheese to melt
- Uncover and enjoy - top with additional cheese for extra flavor
