Why I Recommend You Stop Comparing the Different Meals You Eat

It’s time to let go of the expectation that all of your meals to be perfect!

There will be days where you don’t have certain meals planned out and ready to go. Then there will be days where you’ll feel too tired to cook. And there may be days where you’re eating at someone else’s house and didn’t get to choose what was served.

The point is, there will be days where you won’t be able to create the “perfect” meal, and that’s okay! So stop comparing meals you enjoy and feeling bad for choosing convenience..because sometimes convenience is necessary!
