Slivered Almond Steak Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz beef cubed steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek (omit if you don't like spicy food)
  • Seasonings:
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (omit if you don't like spicy food)
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tbsp rice cooking wine
  • 8 oz broccoli florets
  • 2 eggs
  • 24 oz palmini linguine
  • 5 oz slivered almonds

Directions:

  1. Mix together the steak, seasonings and soy sauce and let marinade in the refrigerator for an hour or overnight
  2. Sauté Olive Oil and Onions in a large pan on medium high until Onions are cooked
  3. Add in spinach and rice cooking wine and sauté until cooked
  4. Add in broccoli and sauté until cooked
  5. Add in steak and sauté until cooked
  6. Make room for eggs in the pan and cook eggs and scramble into the food
  7. Turn dow heat to low and add in slivered almonds
  8. Rinse palmini noodles and add to the pan until heated through
  9. Serve and Enjoy
