If you could change one thing about your relationship with food right now, what would it be?
As I drank my morning coffee and journaled this morning, I reflected on a few things in my life, like my relationship with food and how I don’t stress as much about small things that in the grand scheme of life, don’t matter and aren’t worth stressing about.For example, I HATE black coffee. I always have and as of now, I’m thinking I always will. Not long ago though I would try to make myself enjoy black coffee all because I was so worried about the number of calories I was adding to my day just by adding a little bit of creamer to my coffee..insane right?!And as I was reflecting on that today, I realized that what it took me to get to this point in my life was small habits and mindset shifts every day.So tell me, if you could change one thing about your relationship with food right now, what would it be?Comment and let me know!
