What it Truly Looks Like to Have a Healthy Relationship with Food

When you practice intuitive eating and eat the salad because it truly sounds good to you and not because a diet told you to👏To me, a small part of my healthy relationship with food means I can eat foods I love, even if they aren’t ”healthy” or nutrient-rich, and not feel a single ounce of guilt for it anymore 😌 and it also means I can eat those ”healthy"/nutrient-rich foods (like a satisfying salad) because I truly enjoy them, not because a diet told me to.Because since I’ve reframed my mindset around food, I know that a healthy relationship with food means enjoying both fun foods that make my tastebuds feel good and those nutrient-rich foods that make me feel good physically!

A healthy relationship with food can also look like:
