Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Oats

  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter

  • 1/4 Cup Honey

  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

  • 1/2 Cup Flax Seed Meal

  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla

  • 1/4 Cup favorite chocolate candies (I used Reese’s Pieces, but you can use M&M’s, especially the mini ones or omit this altogether if you don’t like candy! 🙃)

  • Optional: Nuts, Raisins, etc.

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients above – in the order they are listed – in a large mixing bowl

  2. Stir all of the ingredients together until they stick together

  3. Roll into bite sized balls and place in storage container

  4. Put container in freezer for about 20 minutes to hold balls together

  5. Move to fridge and enjoy
